4U City Red is the third story in the chapter 4U City Red. It was announced at the beginning of Minions are Forever (in the Perspective chapter) by Pete to be the next story to be created. While the chapter 4U City Red did succeed Minions are Forever, the story itself was preceded by the storylines Precious Metals and Another Year in the Life of a Villain.
In the middle of the story, Pete included another week of Sluggy Pawnz. Saturday and Sunday strips generally chronicle the various deaths of Corsica.

With the release of the REA-6 unpiloted robots, Torg and Riff launch their revolution. Riff, as usual, has his own motivations, and plans within plans as they hurtle toward the uprising.
