Art Belal is a character who appears in Loose Ends (chapter)[1].
Art Belal is the host of a radio show on the Ghost to Ghost Conspiracy Network. He lives in a bomb shelter in the Arizona desert, where he collects specimens of alien and supernatural origin. Many of the items in his collection are real, and Art himself is a clone grown in a tank by monsters and aliens who make money off his show.
One of the items Art acquires for his collection is Aylee, who was frozen in time by Berk's Time Blaster and sold as a statue by Bun-bun. When the time freeze wears off, Aylee eats him[2].
Art Belal is a parody of Art Bell.
