Freaky Fred is a character who appears in Cannibals Anonymous[1].
Fred is a green-haired cannibal who attends Mr. Cilantro's "Cannibals Anonymous". He causes problems each week by objecting to the presence of non-humans on the grounds that the word "cannibal" only describes humans who eat other humans. The latest target of his hatred is Aylee, and his resentment of her only grows as Mr. Cilantro praises her great progress. Freaky Fred tries to kill Aylee, but ends up being eaten by Mr. Cilantro[2].
