Michael was an employee of AyleeOrgNet.
Mike discovered that AyleeOrgNet was having its value artificially inflated by Hereti-Corp, but was captured and eaten by Cloney before he could expose this information. Chen activated the security camera in Cloney's office so that Gwynn would witness Mike's death; he used the alias "Dr. Blaoun" in an attempt to frame Dr. Schlock.
Gwynn later recovered the evidence from Mike's computer and exposed it, resulting in Hereti-Corp's temporary downfall.
Mike first appeared on May 13, 2002. He died on May 16, 2002.
