Snideloni Whiplashi is a character appearing in Phoenix Rising[1].
Whiplashi was the leader of a Canadian crime syndicate. He sent his lieutenant Jeremiah Finster to Podunkton to serve as a conduit for his drug trafficking, only for Finster to be killed by Oasis. Finster sent increasingly large numbers of mobsters to Podunkton to try and eliminate the problem, but finally abandoned the town after Oasis slaughtered an entire army of sixty men.
Whiplashi ended up being murdered by Dastard Dickly, who took over the crime syndicate and sent Reynold Strom to Podunkton to eliminate Oasis[2].
